Finding Krissi

Summer is bidding a fond farewell and the bi-annual closet explosion has begun. For you out of state people who don't know what this is let me explain. Here in Utah you need two full wardrobes. You need short sleeve shirts, shorts, and your favorite pair of sandals. If your a true Utahn you can pull this wardrobe off from about Mid-April to the Beginning of November. If your a wuss Utahn, like me, you pull this particular wardrobe off from June to September. Then there is wardrobe number two, long sleeves (personally I am all about the Hoodie), jeans, and shoes to keep your toes toasty. Through out the month of October your closest explodes as every article of clothing you have has to be kept out. Is today a hot day, cold day, starting out cold getting warm, is it going to snow, rain, be gloomy, or is it going to be a beautiful blue sky day. Mother Nature has several Mood Swings when it comes to Utah weather. Right now we are dealing with exploding closets and the inevitable cries ...

I feel that my blog has looked a little sad as of late.  Mostly because the last several  post have been only "words."  My picture taking has dropped so low that this morning when I logged on to my computer, the computer, sent me an IM asking for pictures. Okay that didn't really happen. But it sounded like a good excuse to take some pictures.  So here is my fall update. The tree leaves have all changed colors And are now almost all fallen. A. has been in quite a bit of trouble as of late. Which means his life has looked a lot like this for the last couple of weeks. Before you feel to bad for him, This one thinks raking leaves is fun and is always helping him out.  However, while helping he likes to remind A. that he doesn't have to help, he is just doing it to be nice, because he is nice and A. is in trouble. I'm tired! No I'm exhausted! There is probably even another word but I'm to tired to figure it out. So this post is just going to be pictures.  We had a fun Halloween Night I hope you did too. These little buggers were up until almost 3am. Hence the too tired to think.  Oh well, they had fun and that is what counts.  

Something you may not know about me is that I ♥ Halloween.  Yes, out of all the holidays Halloween is my favorite.  It has a lot to do with dressing up to be whoever you want and the whole give me candy. "Big Sigh" on that one this year. Being as Halloween is my favorite my family goes a little overboard. (ok, ok, I go a little overboard) Much to Brent's chagrin, who frankly does not share my ummm, well, enthusiasm. Halloween usually turns into several days of celebration.  Starting with the city carnival.  This is usually the night the kids make their costume debut. S. went from being a cute witch to a pretty witch when did she get so old on me ? As you can see A. has moved into the I want to be something scary stage.  Al calls this a punk rock pirate .
