Sometimes when I walk into my front room I feel sorry for you. Yes, you read that correctly I look at all of my little seedlings reaching toward the light and I grin from ear to ear. Then I think, "Oh my poor blog readers." They are going to have to put up with months and months of gardening. Pictures and pictures of tiny seeds growing into little plants growing into big plants.
Aren't they adorable!
Couldn't you just look at these pictures all day long?
Yah, see that is why I feel sorry for you.
I couldn't even resist my facebook status refelcting my garden status. That turned into a whole other story.
It is flowers people! I am growing flowers and only flowers! I am not growing anything that could get me sent to prison.
I will try to behave. Really I will try not to spend every moment of every day describing to you the tiny little developments of every plant. But let's be honest here. This is me and well I'm not what you would describe as a moderate person.
I hack away at this keyboard all the time to fill you in all kinds of random nonsense. Do you really think that I am capable of not spending time filling you in on every tiny little planting development? Escpecially when it makes me so HAPPY!
If you were smart you would turn around and walk right now. Don't look back, don't think anything of my puppy dog brown eyes pleading for you to listen to my plant stories. Don't think about the big giant tears rolling down my cheek because you have a life. Just walk away now.
Sometimes I wonder if I should be seeking professional help.

Hi, my name is Willow and I am a seedling killer. Yep, I had darling little sprouts. They became bigger sprouts that should soon be planted. However, the tiny little guys hadn't developed any hardiness growing up in our climate controlled kitchen. SO, to make them more hardy, I put them outside in the glorious California sun.
Friday they were the victims of a rude neighbor girl who either stepped on them, rode a bike over them, or did a happy dance on them. I was sad, but it was only the chives that were treated so cruelly... and I can grow more. Saturday, they soaked up warm sun... Sunday, sunny again. Monday was lovely; then there was Monday night. Monday night we had freezing temperatures. The seedlings went from healthy and hardy to in need of critical medical attention. They are inside again, and we are trying to nurse them back to health.
Stinkin' fickle weather!!
